It starts with her grandfather, Henry Gray—a proud Cajun and Creole cook whose life was dedicated to the craft of Southern cuisine.
Working on Bourbon Street in New Orleans, and aboard the riverboats that traveled the Mississippi, Henry Gray didn’t just cook food—he carried culture. His dishes reflected the richness of Cajun depth and Creole refinement, blending bold seasoning with soulful technique.
